Clover Creek MUD

History

Clovercreek Municipal Utility District of Montgomery County (the “District”) is a political subdivision of the State of Texas operating pursuant to Chapters 49 and 54 of the Texas Water Code, created on April 24, 1985, and located in southwest Montgomery County, Texas. The District contains approximately 157 .9 acres of land and is located approximately 32 miles west northwest of Houston’s central business district and 4 miles southeast of the City of Magnolia. The District is located within the Magnolia Independent School District and is not located within the extraterritorial jurisdiction of any city.

Meeting Schedule

Clover Creek MUD has their regularly scheduled Board meetings on the third Friday of every other month at noon.. Meetings are held at 9 Greenway Plaza, Suite 1000, Houston, Texas 77046.

Residents of the district have the right to request the designation of a meeting location within the district under Section 49.062(g), Water Code. A description of this process can be found https://www.tceq.texas.gov/waterdistrictshere.
